STAND UP PADDLE FITNESS AND "AQUAFITNESS" WITH KP KITE N' SUP SCHOOL

Stand Up Paddle is an extremely comprehensive sport working out your entire body from feet to head. Many people practise "fitness SUP", that is SUP as physical education to train muscles and and work out balance, as a fun and soft physiotherapy, or just keep fit and slim!

SUP Aquafitness, exclusively developed by KP Kite N' SUP School, is a mix between Fitness SUP and Aquagym, which benefits have been largely proved.  The idea is to "kill two birds with one stone" by practicing Aqua gym on a SUP board to multiply tenfold the efficiency of the work out by adding balance work out (what specialist call proprioception).
